Sue Bevan joined WendyB Ltd in 1990 following an earlier career in Accountancy and specialist financial recruitment.
Having achieved full REC and part CIMA qualifications she concentrated on her recruitment and business development skills to develop a highly successful Permanent Division within the business.
In 2009 Sue took over as Managing Director but also remains very much a “hands on” recruiter for Temporary and Permanent opportunities. Outside of WendyB, Sue is an active Trustee of a local children’s charity, the Therapy Garden which supports teenagers with physical disabilities or mental health issues, encouraging development of their self-esteem and self-confidence through the power of gardening!
Sue lives with her partner Martin, 23 year old daughter Lauren, Lily the Dog and a couple of aged horses in Ash Green, Surrey. She enjoys all things ‘outdoors’, European travel, London, Yoga and is in the process of taking up kayaking again. Oh, and she loves her Kindle Fire.

Catherine is a Graduate with a strong background in Sales and Key Account management. After completing her degree, Catherine joined Wendy B as a Temporary Worker and completed several assignments for us before joining our in-house team as a Trainee Consultant covering a maternity leave. This completed, Catherine established a successful 10 year career in sales and business development keeping in touch with Sue along the way. Following her decision to leave a Team Leader role in the Telecoms sector mid 2015, Catherine re-joined the WendyB Team in September.
Catherine lives with her boyfriend Dan, and their fearsome 10 year old German Shepherd, Samson. In her spare time, Catherine enjoys eating out, walking the dog, and spending time socialising with her friends and family. One of her biggest guilty pleasures is to indulge in watching as many TV shows about cooking and food as possible!

Hello, I’m Lily aka Recruitment Dog.
I’m 11 in human years which makes me 77 in dogs years and therefore I think WendyB should let me retire, but what with all this Age Discrimination malarky, I apparently have to ‘keep up the good work’ for quite a bit longer. My life started out a bit bumpy what with being a Rescue Dog but now I live a more-or-less idyllic life out here in Ash Green where the busy parts of my day include barking when someone knocks at the door, when I’m hungry or when someone takes an important telephone call.
Outside of the office I enjoy rat catching and, where time permits, horse and bird chasing as well as long walks in the country. My specialism is spider killing.
Likes – going to the beach and digging holes. Eating socks.
Dislikes – being dressed up as a bee
Odd fact – I’ve found you can pick up hedgehogs and bring them into the house so long as you do it carefully and just with your teeth.
