Hello, my name is Lily and I’m a Parson Jack Russell Terrier. I have long legs and supermodel good looks, in fact, though I say it myself I am the canine equivalent of Kate Moss. In August 2005, when I was 10 months old, I was ‘rescued’ by Sue Bevan as my first owners were unable to look after me anymore. A major op meant I couldn’t be left at home by myself (clever plan eating my harness eh!), so I was brought to the office each day to recuperate.

It was hard going recovering from the op, potty training and learning to be ever so professional when meeting and greeting Candidates and Clients. I also had to understand that some humans are allergic or scared (fan-tastic) of me and that on occasions I have to wait in the kitchen. I also had to learn that eating the floor covering whilst waiting in the kitchen, although brilliant fun, was ‘unacceptable behaviour’. I’m still unsure why that is but tend to hunt spiders and paddle in my water bowl during these quiet moments nowadays.

I’m nearly all grown up now and I love my life and role at WendyB, acting as occasional Receptionist, not-very-scary Security and loving Therapist to the Consultants during stressful times. I have gained many admirers and fans from my walks in the town parks and lots of people, including our Temps and Postman Rick often drop in with treats. I like that part the bestest!
