I initially joined WendyB in 1992 straight from College. I had been interested in the Recruitment Industry for some time and it was actually a recommendation from a friend that brought me to their door to register as a candidate. I never left!

WendyB ensured that I was professionally trained through all aspects and all levels of Recruitment and ensured that I achieved professional accreditation through the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) ultimately qualifying in the top 5%.

I moved on from WendyB to spread my wings and experience different cultures after eight years. Working for large multi-nationals and various client companies I returned to WendyB after maternity leave.

Why do I love working for WendyB? For one main reason; to work for an organisation that believes in Recruitment and not in Sales.

In working for WendyB I have returned to the values that first attracted me to the Recruitment Industry, enjoying a role that allows me to concentrate on the job in hand which is introducing the right candidates to the right clients and vice versa.
