Sue Bevan, Director and Temporaries Consultant

As you may now have noted from the surnames of the other Directors, I'm another member of the Bevan clan, WendyB is a family business and I'm very proud of that fact!

I joined WendyB in 1990 having previously worked in Accountancy before moving onwards to lead a Recruitment Team for one of the 'high street names'. My personal objective was to bring the WendyB brand, ethos and commitment for professional recruitment services to the attention of an even wider group of quality local businesses and the best 'Job Seekers' on the market. With this well under way, Wendy, John and I sought out and recruited the very best Consultants and Administrators to properly deliver the service levels promised to both sets of customers. As a team we've invested in ourselves to make sure we have the right training, the right knowledge, the right systems and most importantly the right attitude to remain firmly at the forefront of our profession.

Of course my personal objective will never be fully met as there will always be new people to assist in their job search, new businesses with fresh opportunities relocating into our territory and existing businesses yet to tempt. It's what makes my job so exciting and why I'll never tire of working for WendyB, our Clients and our Candidates.
