Having gained wonderful experience and knowledge of business management and people's careers, during employment within both the Private and Public domains, I ultimately realised my passion for human resource and recruitment.

I was privileged in 1986, with strong Family support, to set up WendyB ~ with a personal mission ~ to build a true team of dedicated Consultants, who would provide the type of recruitment service I would have liked to receive myself.

The years have offered many challenges with economic peaks and troughs, massive changes in Legislation and the constant need to analyse and update our operating technology.

I am extremely proud and very fortunate to work with such a fantastic team of Directors, Consultants and Administrative Staff who constantly receive written and verbal compliments from both sets of our Customers. Our office walls are festooned with framed collage of 'thank you' cards and letters, which offer compulsive viewing to new visitors and fond thoughts of the people we help.

My personal mission has been achieved, but is constantly under review, as the Team know, there is always room for improvement and everyday challenges to be met.
