Can be reassured we are always on hand via email or telephone to act as an extension to your business. We do not bother you with endless timewasting calls, unless you have requested a regular contact. Of course a visit to your premises is important, but equally we welcome you to visit us too.

You can expect a swift response to all recruitment requirements and an honest answer if we do not immediately have suitable Candidates. Life here at WendyB does not stop if a Consultant is away from their desk, as relevant information is logged constantly to our shared database throughout the day and the Consultants have access to one another’s email box. This ensures everyone is kept up to date, at a glance.

Before CV are presented to you, each Candidate will have been given the chance to consider your vacancy and company details, to ensure their interest and gain permission to share their personal information.

As Temporary Workers officially join our team, they will have been formally identified via Birth Certificate or Passport and, referenced by ourselves. When negotiating hourly rates, you will be informed not only of the charge to your company, but also the gross hourly pay our Temporary will earn.

We are always happy to ask Candidates to complete any of your formalities on our site, before attending interview with you.

If you are about to conduct salary reviews and require a local guide to ensure you remain competitive, we will be delighted to assist.
