Inside Sales Specialist - Dutch and German markets

We are looking for a fluent Dutch or German (or both!!) speaker ideally with sales or relationship management experience to join this clients International Team based in Aldershot, Hampshire. We will also consider applications from candidates with the desired languages without sales experience if you want to move your career into the sales sector.

You will be responsible for contacting new business customers who have registered their interest in receiving product and service information from the client. This will be in the German and Dutch markets which have seen a 75% country-wide growth in product demand over the last year. 

• Researching and contacting decision makers from warm leads via telephone and email communications
• Providing technical product and service information and scoping account potential
• Arranging appointments and in some cases taking initial orders
• Working closely with German and Dutch Account managers based in Europe to communicate new business.
• Upkeep, tracking and follow ups
• Nurturing dormant accounts and re-establishing relationships.
• Full sales and product training available.

We are looking for confident, target driven individuals who will be comfortable working in a position predominantly phone based and where the products are in many cases, high value / high volume.

The client offers a basic salary of between £24,000 - £27,000 per annum with a generous bonus structure based on performance and ROI. 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Paid for parking and within 5 minutes walk of Aldershot train / bus terminals.
