Responsibilities:

We’ll give you a few highlights on this role as it’s going to grow and as it’s new, you’ll be able to put your own stamp on it over time.

  • Project reporting using Excel to track cost, time and progress
  • Using Word and outlook to create a range of correspondence, emails, meeting invites and manage diaries for the Managers
  • Managing the vehicle fleet of around 30 including scheduling MOTs, repairs, tyres and so on.
  • Answering inbound calls, taking messages and taking action where able
  • Producing invoices and checking payments have been made
  • Organising events and client meetings both on and off site
  • Ocasional travel (maybe once a month) to their Derby offices - fully expensed in advanced so you’ll need a driving licence

The right candidate for this job will be outgoing and able to manage quite a few different tasks simultaneously. You’ll need to have solid Excel skills and be a really organised person who is also able to organise others.
