An exciting opportunity has arisen with this established, successful, Aldershot based company. We’re looking for someone with excellent administration skills and previous experience in either maintenance administration, facilities or something similar for this role. You will be joining a friendly and busy team. The successful candidate will need to be able to multi-task and work in a logical and organised way. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, so being adaptable and flexible is a must. Administration and co-ordination forms the largest part of this role so you must really enjoy detail, be accurate and able to query things when they don't look quite right.

Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging attendance for engineers for both planned and reactive maintenance, as well as diary / calendar management
  • Liaising with clients and to discuss requirements both verbally and via email
  • Procurement of materials and equipment
  • Ensuring the data base is kept updated
  • Updating Excel speadsheets, checking Purchase Orders and pricing

This is a full-time position, based in the office in Aldershot. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am- 17.00pm.
