- Monday to Friday 40 hours a week
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for 2 highly organised, detail orientated, Video Conference Booking Coordinators to join this successful business for approximately 3 months. You’ll be joining an established team where you’ll be responsible for ensuring all video conferencing requests are completed efficiently.
As a Booking Coordinator, you’ll be tasked with:
- Answering the phone, dealing with requests for video conferencing
- Managing the shared inbox and responding to enquiries
- Ensuring all Video Conferencing requests are entered accurately onto the booking system (Condeco) and any services required (i.e. catering, AV equipment) are captured on the reservation
- Ensuring any AV and/or connectivity problems are resolved before the start of the meeting
- General administration as required
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Previous administration / coordination experience
- Experience in a booking coordination role would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Good computer skills incl. MS Office and the ability to learn new software systems
- Training will be provided
