Are you a Buyer/Purchaser from a construction or building materials related background looking to join a rapidly expanding company in a varied role offering great autonomy and further development?
On offer is a challenging role for a reputable company where you will be the 'Go To’ procurement specialist. You’ll have the opportunity to build out this brand new role from scratch, implementing your own ideas, processes and procedures.
Straight line reporting to the CEO, you will take responsibility for purchasing of materials for residential construction sites, building effective relationships with existing and new suppliers, negotiating prices, monitoring service levels, quality and performance, seeking out new suppliers where you need to. Continuous liaison with Site and Project Managers, finding solutions to shortages, pre-planning and anticipating demand.
Projects range from £200K - £6m
This role would suit a Buyer / Purchaser from a construction or materials background looking for an autonomous role within a progressive company with an excellent, highly engaged leadership team.
