Entry Level - Customer Administrator

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire & remote working / work from home

PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this role you must live within a reasonable commute of Aldershot, Hampshire as this role is a mixture of home and office based. It is not 100% remote.

Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum dependent on experience (based on 40 hour working week)

If you enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment and have customer service experience, sales or negotiation experience of any sort, then this could be the job for you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Regular contact with clients, customers and suppliers
  • Negotiation with customers
  • Managing high volumes of outbound and inbound telephone calls
  • Meeting monthly targets
  • Providing world class customer service

What we’re looking for from you:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in customer service (office based or from retail/similar) with demonstratable experience of working to targets / KPI’s
  • A competitive spirit and the drive to meet targets and deadlines
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills
