Due to continued growth this well-known organisation is seeking additional members to join one of their newest divisions so that they can continue to offer their customers world class service.

If you enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment and have customer service experience / sales, debt recovery or claims handling experience of any sort, then this could be the job for you! We’d be especially keen to hear from you if you have motor claims experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Regular contact with clients, customers and suppliers
  • Negotiation with customers
  • Managing high volumes of outbound and inbound telephone calls
  • Meeting monthly targets
  • Providing world class customer service

What we’re looking for from you:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in customer service (office based or from retail/similar) with demonstratable experience of working to targets / KPI’s
  • A competitive spirit and the drive to meet targets and deadlines
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Hours: Full time (Will consider part time)

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

(Including 1 in 3 Saturdays, with a day off during the week)

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000pa
