Customer Administrator - Part time

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire & remote working / work from home

PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this role you must live within a reasonable commute of Aldershot, Hampshire as this role is a mixture of home and office based. It is not 100% remote.

Hours: Part time - Monday to Friday minimum 20 hours per week, flexible schedule

Salary: £9.20ph - £11.50ph dependent on experience (full time equivalent £19,000 - £24,000 per annum)

Due to continued growth this well-known organisation is seeking additional members to join one of their newest divisions so that they can continue to offer their customers world class service.

If you enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment and have customer service experience / sales, debt recovery or claims handling experience of any sort, then this could be the job for you! We’d be especially keen to hear from you if you have motor claims experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Regular contact with clients, customers and suppliers
  • Negotiation with customers
  • Managing high volumes of outbound and inbound telephone calls
  • Meeting monthly targets
  • Providing world class customer service

What we’re looking for from you:

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer service experience / sales, debt recovery or claims handling experience (especially motor claims) with demonstratable experience of working to targets / KPI’s
  • A competitive spirit and the drive to meet targets and deadlines
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills
