Customer Administrator

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

Salary: £18,000 - £19,500 pa dependant on experience

Due to continued growth this well-known organisation is seeking additional members to join one of their newest divisions so that they can continue to offer their customers world class service.

If you enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment and have customer service experience, sales, debt recovery or customer facing experience of any sort, then this could be the job for you! We’d be especially keen to hear from you if you have motor claims experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Regular contact with clients, customers and suppliers
  • Updating database systems with accurate information
  • Negotiation with customers
  • Managing high volumes of outbound and inbound telephone calls
  • Meeting monthly targets
  • Providing world class customer service

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions
  • Analytical skills
  • Proven ability in a targeted environment and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills
  • Previous claims experience would be advantageous
