Customer Service Administrators x 2

We have 2 urgent Customer Service assignments to fill ASAP. They are both full time (Monday to Friday) for a minimum duration of 2 months.

Both are in Farnborough but for different companies.

Booking 1 is more face to face Customer Service and Reception duties for a public sector organisation. You will be meeting members of the public making a range of enquiries, providing them with information and arranging meetings for them. You will also be accepting payments and processing receipts. This is a busy, friendly team in modern offices. £10ph. 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (4.30pm finish on Friday). Farnborough Town Centre.

Booking 2 is telephone customer services for a company who supply and maintain access and security equipment on a B2B arrangement. You'll be processing orders for spare parts, arranging engineer call outs, clearing invoices and answering emails. Again a really busy role in a lively team. This assignment pays £9.20ph. Hours are 8.30am - 5pm (30 mins for lunch). Outskirts of Farnborough

Both bookings offer free parking. We are looking for candidates able to start a Temp role by around 2nd of September for at least 2 months. Previous customer service experience ideally in an office environment with Word & Excel abilities are required.
