Customer Service Coordinator

Based in Farnborough

Salary up to £20k

Full time role - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join this growing team. The role involves providing a quality and comprehensive end to end service for all customers who come into contact with the business. We’re looking for someone organised, who has effective communication skills, and is a good administrator.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and develop rapport between new and existing clients to optimise business growth
  • To liaise effectively with corporate contacts and provide regular and timely communication to each client, including updates on progress, follow-up and feedback
  • Create, populate and monitor accurate information on database, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate client requirements to internal / external staff making use of all available communication methods
  • To keep all relevant internal parties informed of changes and progress relating clients
  • Record all feedback in accordance with company policies and procedures

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience within office based customer service is essential, with an emphasis on client management
  • Good IT skills including MS Office
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
