Junior Data Analyst - Temporary - Camberley

A brand new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Junior Data Analyst to join our client for a period of approx. 2 - 3 months. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be designing, developing and testing KPI reporting and dashboards to explain performance throughout the year, identifying areas for improvement and working with the relevant teams to design and shape day-to-day reporting capability.

We're looking for candidates with the following capabilities: 

• Strong reporting awareness with advanced analytical skills
• You will be organised, resilient, have a problem-solving mind-set and ability to build strong relationships across the business
• Experience of developing insightful reports, dashboards, KPI focus
• Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivots, V & Hlook Ups and Index Matching), Power Point and SharePoint data-base access tools, Microsoft Power BI experience

The role includes the following responsibilities:

• Lead data analysis with accurate analytical models using a variety of data and assumptions that can be easily explained to management
• Analyse internal and external data sources to identify business opportunities
• Extract and manipulate data from multiple data sources to create dashboards, KPIs and business review reporting
• Work with manager to provide analytical support for the business across all business functions 
• Lead, develop and continuously improve reporting tools, accuracy and reporting efficiencies
• Develop new analytical methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess business process and performance
• Lead development and tracking of bonus programmes across operational levels, ensuring programmes are executed with consistency and transparency

This role is to start ASAP. Hours of work are 08:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Salary for this role is up to £13.00 per hour + Holiday pay.
