HR Administrator

An excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR Administrator with 6 months+ relevant experience and CIPD 3 to join a team of HR professionals.

This is a brand new, entry level opportunity for an intelligent, focused individual to gain extensive experience and be mentored by fully qualified consultants with the offer of study support through to full qualification.

Your first year with the business will be spent supporting the wider team in all areas of HR Administration whilst you learn, develop and grow in experience and ability.

You’ll be involved in tasks such as:

  • Maintain and analyse HR system to include input and upkeep of new starters, leavers, contracts, policies, salaries, Ts&Cs, handbooks and similar
  • Creation of letters and employee correspondence
  • Assistance with production and formatting of all HR documentation
  • Managing HR inbox
  • Taking first line calls from employees / managers / directors
  • Producing Job adverts, training material, job descriptions
  • Upkeep of various spreadsheets in Excel
  • Proactively develop business and industry knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities - particularly in Law and ER.
  • Supporting and reporting to the Senior HR Consultant (who is LOVELY!!).

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous HR Administration experience and ideally a related degree or CIPD 3 +
  • A desire to continue studies through to CIPD7
  • Someone already able to prioritise workloads, manage time effectively and respond to situations with maturity and sound judgement.
  • You must have great communication skills and fluency in English - written and spoken.
  • A great sense of humour, personal confidence and an enjoyment of working in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong MS Word & Excel skills are essential.
  • Someone who will enjoy being part of a close knit, fast paced team

This position is to start January / February 2021. You must live within a 30 minute commute of Fleet already to be considered for this opportunity.
