WendyB are partnering with a highly successful organisation wanting to recruit a new employee for their International Events Sales Team.

Full training, support and development will be provided whilst you are professionally phased into the role and their business ensuring you are equipped with the right knowledge and skills to be successful.

£18 – 22K basic.  Realistic year 1 earnings of £30K.

Achievable and fair KPIs and bonuses including holidays for 2 people. 25 days holiday plus public. Free on-site parking, subsidised restaurant, pension, well established SME and a high engaged, welcoming team.

For this position you need to be a confident comunicator as you’ll eventually be making 30 – 35 calls to buyers or suppliers every day discussing up and coming global events. You’ll also be someone who enjoys researching information about the various industry sectors they work within (marine, aviation, oil & gas)  looking for news items, contract announcements, emerging business or new appointments.

Excitingly you’ll also travel to their international events 6 – 8 times a year taking you to the USA, Middle East, Asia and Europe. You’ll get to meet your contacts, network with new people and start to build yourself a global network of contacts which you can continue to grow throughout your career.

Although this role is sales, its’ not a traditional telesales role where you’re bashing away all day making 100s of calls.  We are looking for an individual who has intelligence, who looks at long term relationship management and who is also looking for a successful and rewarding career.
