International Marketing Manager (UK based)

A new role created as this established organisation further develops it's business presence within the South Africa, German and Dutch market sectors. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing our sales forces with the information they require to advance product sales and be the champion for new product innovations. The successful candidate will work closely with the local country marketing resources and be responsible for developing engaging marketing plans and campaigns that will reach the target audience for each product and inspire an increase in sales revenue.

  • Study the company’s products, their applications, benefits and services
  • Work closely with the product manager to determine the best course for each existing and new product
  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns and implementing these via your 3 marketeers based in South Africa and Germany
  • Lead the marketing strategies to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches
  • Measure and define success and ROI
  • Assist with creation and publication of all marketing material in line with the marketing campaigns for new and existing products including Banners, Towers, Feature Products, News Articles and Newsletters
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Work closely with the local marketing teams to implement the strategies
  • Create training materials for the sales teams
  • Create sales support literature for our customers
  • Co-ordinate suppliers and marketing materials for training events
  • Build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and some marketing agencies
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Focus on implementing plans and ideas that generate new, high quality leads for the two companies

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with significant experience of producing campaigns, messages, branding, strategy and analysis bringing PRODUCTS to market.  These products are sophisticated electronic / technology / hardware orientated (although they arent for IT purposes) and we are specifically looking for experience in a related sector. The role is UK based and will not require you to travel more than once a year.  Hours 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
