International Sales Manager - Hampshire

£34-£38 basic with commission / profit share - Sales

Brand new and exciting role managing the B2B Inside Sales teams (20 FTE in total) situated across offices in Germany, Benelux and South Africa regions.  Regular travel to these locations will be expected in the role - Europe monthly, South Africa about 4 times a year for 2 week periods. We are looking for candidates with experience of dfeveloping new and existing business within international markets. Between travel you will be UK based in Aldershot.


  • Ability to think strategically, supported by demonstrable commercial acumen and data analysis skill
  • Highly organised, with an ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent time management and project prioritisation skills
  • Good judgement and ability to build rapport with regional sales teams

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct regional sales forces to achieve global sales and profit goals
  • Inspire shared, organisation-wide vision into regional sales teams
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies and plans
  • Maintain contact with key markets and investigate operating and local conditions
  • Plan and implement sales programs for the company's product lines internationally
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement the right tools, structure, resources, training and processes to set the teams up for success
  • Assemble, develop, inspire, motivate, develop and retain top talent; a team-builder who enables/encourages the highest level of individual and group performance
  • Regular travel to sales territories / key markets to ensure the delivery of the sales strategy
  • Evaluate and develop new international markets for company’s product portfolio
  • Analyse sales, markets and customers and identify opportunities for developing further revenue and profit margin growth
  • Contribute towards sales strategies
  • Assist with sales recruitment
  • Provide sales analytical data and presentations to key suppliers
  • Remain up to date with competitors’ activities
  • Attend relevant international exhibitions / conferences
