- Basic salary £24 - 30K+ depending on experience
- Commission
- 9am - 5.30pm with a 5pm finish on Friday plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings working 9am - 1pm.
- Use of company vehicle for meetings or your own car expensed at 0.46 per mile
- 20 standard days holiday plus bank holidays
- 5 emergency paid days OR up to £500 annual extra bonus

In this role you'll be responsible for viewings, negotiating with tenants and landlords, referencing, arranging inventories, check in / check outs, all administrative paperwork and agreements, marketing and window displays. Many of this Agency's Landlords have their entire property portfolios allocated to the business and tenants who have been with them many years. An excellent customer experience is essential, therefore we are looking for candidates who enjoy building lasting relationships and will go the extra mile to ensure all parties are happy. That said, you also need to be confident and firm to manage the odd difficult or impatient individual!
