Administrator (Maintenance team)

Based in Aldershot

Full time, office based

Salary up to £25k

This growing business is looking for an adaptable and experienced Administrator to join the existing team at a new office in Aldershot. The successful candidate will need to be able to multi-task and work in a logical and organised way. Previous experience working in a facilities/maintenance administrator’s role would be preferable.

Responsibilities include:

  • A clear understanding of general office procedures.
  • Liaising with clients and their requirements both verbally and via email
  • Procurement of materials and equipment
  • Ensuring data base requirements are kept updated.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels within the business.
  • In house training will be given.
  • Ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). Training will be given in the use of other specialist softwares.

This is a full-time position, based at the office in Aldershot. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am- 17.00pm.
