Marketing & Programme Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen with this dynamic business for a Marketing & Programmes Coordinator to join their team. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their career and expand their skills. We’re looking for someone who is a confident communicator, with client / customer facing experience (including key senior stakeholders) and excellent organisational skills.

The role will involve taking responsibility for the management of client-related activities to ensure the successful delivery of all programmes/projects. The role combines both programme management (client and internal) and marketing coordination.

Responsibilities include:

Programme

  • Project management and planning: work with the Account Director and Account Manager to develop, then implement project plans and task lists
  • Administration: liaise with clients regarding pre and post-programme scheduling; manage internal briefing and client meetings
  • Diary management: coordinate and book client meetings based on diary availability. Pro-actively manage diary conflicts.
  • Preparation of materials: input to content development; prepare toolkit for facilitators plus logistics using latest applications e.g., Mural, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Post programme: compile and summarise post-programme feedback documents (evaluation forms) and distribute; client follow up
  • Assist with business development: assist the Account Director and Account Manager with the completion of proposals.

Marketing

  • Assisting with marketing campaigns and the company’s social media presence - developing current ideas and topics, helping to create content for blogs and scheduling posts using Hootsuite.
  • Maintaining content on the company website.
  • Ensuring CRM system, Hubspot is up to date with the latest contacts and client information.

Person profile:

  • At least 2-3 years’ work experience.
  • Ideally a background in learning and development or business consulting with experience in project and client management.
  • Marketing and/or internal communications experience - focused on developing and posting relevant content, particularly in learning and development; personal growth; change.
  • Digital experience- used to learning new applications and working virtually, including use of Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, or similar (e.g., Google)

Skills:

  • Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks - organised, patient, and persistent.
  • Communication skills- quick to share progress on tasks and client contact with the team through excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent English is vital - both grammar and spelling.
  • Manages expectations of key stakeholders and team members.
  • Attention to detail- takes pride in their work and likes to see tasks through to completion. Checks work carefully to ensure all client-facing communication is accurate.
  • A team player- keen to work with others and share tasks where appropriate.
  • A passion for management consultinglearning and development and/or change management. Curious and interested in continuous learning.
  • Confident in speaking with senior stakeholders in blue-chip companies.
  • Flexible- As a small company, tasks and priorities can change at short notice!
  • Confident in creating content - writing and presentation of.

Other:

  • Full UK driving licence, access to a car and able to travel to clients in the UK when required.
  • Willing to undertake DISC personality profile assessment.
  • Prepared to be flexible regarding the level of office and home working (this may not be the same every week, dependent on priorities, although notice will be given).
