Responsibilities

• Independently manage and prioritize business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing projects
  • Determine and recommend the best approach to meet objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing communications including events, trade media/giveaways, sales collateral, print ads, digital marketing, point-of-purchase and promotions.
  • Manage solution execution from beginning to end, including efforts by agency and in-house creative team ensuring projects are completed accurately on time and within budget
  • Ensure all creative elements are brand and legally compliant before being delivered; work with creative team to ensure all pieces are printed/shipped on time and budget
• Work with cross-functional teams  including digital marketing, PR/comms, creative/media/sponsorship,  to research and develop ideas for marketing solutions
• Provide monthly status on key brand initiatives and updates on strategic projects

Qualifications

• Ideally degree educated in a Marketing or related subject

• A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and proven ability to lead a creative project from start to finish
• Proven experience with creative development and copy writing skills, including writing Creative Briefs
• Highly effective written and verbal communication
• Flexibility to adapt to change

• Ability to plan, organise, and execute goals and objectives
• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders across all levels
• Excellent time management, project management and prioritisation skills
