National Account Manager - Luxury Beauty Brands

C£50,000pa with an excellent range of benefits including car and bonus.

A fantastic sales opportunity within an inspirational leader in the UK luxury beauty sector. Based in central Surrey but spending several days per week visiting HQ buyers so an easy commute into central London is essential. This is a strategic sales role building and executing long term business plans and relationships to accelerate development of an extensive portfolio of the world’s most elite brands.

Your focus will be on creating brand and retailer strategies, nurturing successful business relationships to agree objectives and direction which drive and deliver profitable sales.

  • Build and execute innovative long term strategies across all brands and channels.
  • Develop, drive and deliver annual strategies for and to prestigious Retailers
  • Deliver robust and best in class trade activation plans
  • Monitor and review retailer business plans and trajectory for brand performance within their portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Retailer to ensure agility and activation of contingency plans where needed
  • Managing and agreeing promotional and sales forecasts
  • Continual review, analysis and optimisation of performance, stock and launches to ensure the retailers levers are fully maximised and the consumer remains at the heart of all trade and brand activations

We are looking specifically for candidates who have:

  • At least 5+years successful sales experience within the luxury beauty world
  • A passion for all things beauty!
  • National Account Management particularly within e-commerce, department stores and fashion retailers
  • Natural relationship building abilities with a strong analytical mindset
  • An in-depth knowledge of the UK market and competitors
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills with UK Luxury Beauty Retailers
  • Experience of compiling joint business strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver impactful presentations
  • Creative and innovative problem solver with an entrepreneurial sales flair
