National Account Manager

Field based - HO office location is Weybridge

Salary circa £55k

A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager with luxury product experience (skincare / cosmetics / fragrance / beauty / fashion) to join our client. In this role you’ll be responsible for achieving retail and wholesale targets, managing and developing relationships with buyers and other internal teams to achieve growth, and implementing strategy / objectives of products and brands.

This is a field based role with occasional travel to HO.

Responsibilities:

  • Review wholesale/retail data and produce reports for higher management.
  • Review brand development through discussions on potential opportunities in the group for space and location and additional activity on an ongoing basis.
  • Regular field visits with Area Managers & Consultant Managers to gain knowledge of the field and issues at store level.
  • Ensure stock levels in stores are sufficient to achieve retail and wholesale growth.
  • Attend strategy meetings to present the year’s strategy for the brands.
  • Present brand roadmaps on a regular and timely basis allowing time to meet the order and delivery deadlines.
  • Build and preserve a strong rapport with group management during all negotiations.

Person specification:

  • To be considered for this role candidates must have luxury product experience (skincare / cosmetics / fragrance / beauty / fashion) in a similar role
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
  • Well-presented and smart.
  • Able to understand basic business finance.
  • Computer literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email are essential.
