Part time Administration Coordinator

Based in Farnborough

Salary £20k pro rata

Working hours are Wednesday & Friday 9am – 5pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this leading organisation who are experts in their field. This is a part time role offering administration and coordination support to a wider team. Based in Farnborough, we’re looking for someone who is highly organised with previous administration experience and strong MS Excel skills, who enjoys dealing with people.

This role is offered on a part time basis two days a week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with clients and other relevant parties to support the smooth running of the programme 
  • To liaise effectively with client contacts and provide regular and timely communication to each client, including updates and progress.
  • Ensure continued management of database systems to accurately monitor projects, ensuring all relevant parties remain informed and up-to-date
  • Record all feedback in accordance with company policies and procedures, adhering to data protection, guidelines and good practice
  • Attend and participate in internal meetings/training with other members of staff  to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills

Candidate requirements:

  • IT proficient / literate with both Excel and Power Point – Excel skills include data entry, formatting and basic formulas
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal emphasising client management
  • Demonstrates initiative and a proactive drive to deliver well-articulated solutions whilst paying attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in addition to strong active listening skills
