Property Manager - Surrey

Property Manager £30,000 - £35,000 pa - join this professional property management team, in Camberley GU15, offering a fresh approach to managing Blocks and Estates

• Salary £30,000 - £35,000 pa - depending on experience
• IRPM qualified preferred
• Candidates should have solid experience of residential block property management
• Driving licence required
• Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing property staff to ensure all repairs are undertaken correctly
• Liaison with tenants, clients and landlords - investigating and ensuring prompt and effective responses are given
• Preparation of annual budgets of anticipated expenditure for each property
• Building professional relationships with landlords in order to provide them with an exceptional level of service when assisting them in decision making
• Assisting with the planning and management of all maintenance and repair work and monitoring and control all regular maintenance contracts
• Maintenance and updating of the database
• Dealing with day to day correspondence with tenants
• Arrange and attend Annual General Meetings
• Meeting all legislative and statutory controls, best practice guidance issued by ARMA

Candidates should:

• Have experience of working in a residential block property management environment
• Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
• Have excellent administrative and numerical skills and precise attention to detail
• Be keen to work as part of a team with a positive approach to problem solving
• Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
• Up to date Health & Safety knowledge
