Sales & Marketing Administrator

• To £28,000 (poss negotiable)
• 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Fabulous opportunity to join a well known luxury goods company supporting their Retail, Brand and Visual Merchandising teams during product launch, store openings and promotions. We are looking for a stellar Administrator able to forward plan and co-ordinate multiple project deliverables on time and with complete accuracy.

• Updating project list with new jobs and communicating this throughout relevant teams
• Placing orders with suppliers and co-ordination of contractors, raising Purchaser Orders and checking invoices
• Liaison with Marketing and clients to obtain artwork and POS materials
• Communication with Field Sales to prioritise jobs and make relevant changes to schedules
• Liaison with Buyers to ensure all site collateral is available and ready for installations
• Co-ordination of calendars and attendance at weekly company project meetings.

This is an exciting, fast paced role requiring someone with solid Word & Excel skills and several years of proven administration experience ideally, but not essentially, gained within retail / visual merchandising capacity.
