Sales Administrator

Working in a small, friendly and busy team providing order management support to clients purchasing tailor-made and  'off the shelf' security products.  This is a successful company enjoying another period of steady growth and therefore looking to add another person to their client support team.

Hours of work are 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

The Role

  • On a daily basis you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls and emails from clients wishing to place order for fairly high value security products. 
  • Assisting them with product specification and quotations as well as explaining features and options
  • Arranging delivery and installations
  • Liaising and booking carriers

A bit about you

  • Full training will be given to the right person but you must show willingness to learn about the products
  • Some experience gained in a customer environment is essential  
  • A confident personality and first class communication skills are essential for this role
  • A good sense of humour and enjoy a little bit of office banter
  • You'll need intermediate MS Word and some Excel and be accurate using a database to input and upkeep customer data  
  • You must be able to work a full time 37.5 hour week 8.30 - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
