Service Coordinator - Frimley - Surrey

Service Co-ordinator 

This is a full time position working 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday in a busy team environment. The client is long established and continually winning new business in addition to retaining a loyal customer base.

  • Managing complex contracts for maintenance and repair of building services rquipment and technology
  • Scheduling PPM (pre planned maintenance) with the right Engineers for the job
  • Ordering parts and equipment
  • Building relationships and service expectations with customer base
  • Raising invoices and monitoring SLAs and standards. Preparing quotations and following up by phone and email.
  • Managing diaries for Engineers, processing expenses
  • Managing the unexpected and re-scheduling accordingly.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has supported a team of engineers (or similar) scheduling their work, updating the database with contract Ts&Cs and who is used to working sometimes under pressure with the ability to re-schedule and get things done at the drop of a hat. You'll also need sound experience of Word & Excel and a friendly team spirit but the ability to crack on independently to meet deadlines.
