Temp to Perm - Procurement & Logistics Administrator

Based in Farnborough

Salary up to £12per hour (£25k equivalent)

Market leaders in technology, with offices worldwide, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation as part of theirprocurement team on a temp to perm basis.

This role will involve:

  • Procurement activities for large projects - speaking with suppliers, following up on orders, sending invoices
  • Meeting and adhering to project deadlines
  • Responsibility for tagging and tracking stock / kit
  • Completing documentation with high attention to detail
  • Assisting the warehouse team with locating stock, gathering information and order processing to ensuring timely shipment to site

About you:

We’re looking for reliable and engaging candidates, who are free immediately and have excellent organisation skills to join this lovely client at their offices in Farnborough. Skills required include:

  • Previous administration experience - procurement / logistics experience would be useful but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly numerate
  • Strong MS Office skills especially Excel
